Buhari Will Address Certificate Scandal by 9am on Wednesday


Mohammadu Buhari, Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC will on Wednesday morning by 9am address the scandal sorrounding his certificate.

The announcement is coming hours after the Nigerian Army denied having Buhari’s certificate. Buhari will be speaking from Kano state.
